The Canada Immigration Guide explains your rights and obligations as a foreign student studying in Canada and includes information on Visa requirements.

NOTE: Foreign students must provide a Study Permit and, in some cases (depending on your country of origin), a Temporary Resident Visa, both valid for at least the duration of the program.

  1. The Canadian Foundation for Economic Education provides a wealth of information that you will find helpful. The website is bilingual (English and French) and has the following sections:

  2. The Ontario Ministry of Education provides basic information on the province. The links on the left side of the page take you to pages on our geography, history, economy, culture, and more.
